Free Parking
Free parking is available on the upper levels of our three garages—all with easy access to retailers, restaurants, and the plaza. Please take note to reserved parking signs as these parking spaces are strictly enforced. Vehicles illegally parked may be cited or towed.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available in three designated areas for $10; some restaurants will validate for patrons. Visit our map to view locations.
Valet parking is complimentary for Sewell customers.

Premium Parking
Street-level parking and first-floor garage parking are pay-to-park. You may pay for parking by texting your zone code to 25023 or by using the machines. Zone codes can be found on garage signs and near parking machines.
A percentage of parking meter proceeds benefit Memorial Assistance Ministries to help local families in need.

There is a lost & found located at the Security Office. Please visit them at 818 Town and Country Blvd, Suite 106 (behind Social Status and next to Z Galerie at the back entrance) or call 713.461.0758

Are there public restrooms?

No, but many retailers and restaurants have restrooms for their patrons.

Does CITYCENTRE have a photography policy?

Yes, photographers, please click here or visit the contact page to download the form. Please bring the completed form and photography fee to our security office at 818 Town and Country Blvd, Suite 106 (behind Social Status and next to Z Galerie at the back entrance). All photography and videography shoots need to have pre-approval.

Your entry onto the premises constitutes your agreement that Houston CITYCENTRE Property Owners’ Association, Inc., and its affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively “CITYCENTRE”) has the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, re-use, copy, publish, republish, in whole, or in part, edit, add to, modify, and rearrange any photograph or video of you today (the “Photographs”) in any publication or work, in any media or format, throughout the world (collectively “Use”). This means CITYCENTRE shall have the right to use and deal with the Photographs in any manner it may choose without compensation to you and you hereby waive any right to inspect or approve such Use. You also agree that you do not retain any rights in the Photographs and that CITYCENTRE shall not be obligated to Use the Photographs, nor shall it be obligated to acknowledge you if it does. You release and forever discharge CITYCENTRE and its respective officers, agents, employees, legal representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of whatever kind that may arise from any Use of the Photographs.

We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or other item to be brought into the property, and to deal with any unattended object in such ways we consider appropriate. This includes balls and skateboards.
Please show common courtesy to fellow CITYCENTRE guests by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior.
While we are pet-friendly in the common areas, only domestic pets are allowed and must be on a leash at all times and any messes must be cleaned up.
Professional photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind must receive prior approval.
As a private property, we do reserve the right to dismiss groups or individuals from the property in violation of any of these policies.
