  • Parking Tips

    Your experience at CITYCENTRE begins and ends with
    parking, we encourage these S.M.A.R.T. parking tips:

    Slow down, the recommended speed limit is 5 MPH
    Make sure personal items are stored out of sight
    Always lock your doors
    Remember to turn off your lights and check your tires
    Take note of where you parked

  • Free Parking

    Free parking is available on the upper levels of Garages 1, 2 & 3—all with easy access to retailers, restaurants, and the plaza. Please take note to reserved parking signs as these parking spaces are strictly enforced. Vehicles illegally parked may be cited or towed.

  • Valet Parking

    Valet parking is available in five designated areas for $8 (hours vary per stand); overnight hotel valet parking is $21 per night. Visit our map to view locations. Valet parking is complimentary for Sewell customers.

  • Premium Parking

    Store-front parking is $2.50/half hour with a maximum of $25.
    First-level covered parking is available in Garages 1, 2 & 3 for $2/half hour with a maximum of $15 (levels 2 and up are free).
    CITYCENTRE 5 Garage is $1/half hour with a maximum of $7; $7 flat rate on week nights after 5 PM and weekends.

    You may pay for parking by using the machines that are located near the walkway exits in each garage and in the general area of street-level parking spaces. Enter your space number in the machine and follow the instructions on the screen. Cash and card are both accepted. Please use exact change, no refunds will be given.

    You can also pay by phone using the Passport Parking app, available in the App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, setup an account and follow the instructions for a hassle-free payment process. Need more time? Purchase extra directly from the app.
