CITYCENTRE selected as ULI Houston Development of Distinction Award Winner
The Houston District Council of ULI recently selected CITYCENTRE as one of two winners in the For-Profit Category at the 2012 Development of Distinction Awards. The awards honor developments that make a positive impact on their surroundings and their larger communities. Among the accolades bestowed on CITYCENTRE was the “evident care given to the little details,” “thoughtful streetscape design and public space (that) make CITYCENTRE feel like it has been here a long time” and that “the architecture creates an understated canvas for the life and activity that goes on in the middle of it.”

Houston Chronicle: Mark Your Calendar, Dog Walk, Fun Fest Set at CITYCENTRE! The 4 Paws Dog Walk and Fun Fest will be 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Oct. 22 at CITYCENTRE. There will also be a dog costume contest, a dog "nail salon," an animal communicator, children's carnival games, music and strolling musicians.

We'll be toasting and tasting this Friday, October 21, at the the 27th Annual Caesar Salad Competition. Who is competing, you might ask? Here are a few from the line up: Haven, Monarch, Bistro Alex, Shade, Le Mistral, Ristorante Cavour and the newly-opened Kris Bistro. Join us! (Note that the venue has changed this year; we'll be at the Four Seasons hotel at 1300 Lamar.) Tickets are $45 Your admission includes all the salad you can eat, plus wine and soft drinks.
